So often we the people sit idly by and watch our world and circumstances go by thinking the problem will go away, or take care of itself. We continue to bury our heads in the sand, and we are very good at pointing fingers, and placing blame. Rarely do we choose to focus on the solution and then take action.Self empowerment seems to have been lost in the mindset of humanity.
Recently, I have had the pleasure of being part of a mission to make a huge difference using music as an educator. In my quest to reaching out to political leaders my shock was in their response. Though they were encouraging, they did not show interest in supporting the solution, I had in good faith brought to them. One that carried facts, statistics and merit. After my rejection had settled I began to ponder the thought and questions began to arise. When did leading mean you had to wait for others and then follow? When is it okay to allow our children to die on American streets? Or, to cutback their education, and allow Teachers to lose their jobs? When is it okay to create homelessness in America. And more importantly, when is it okay to turn away what very well could be the solution to save mankind and its future.
Where are our proud our brave, and our courageous? Where are our men to lead our families and support our communities? And where are our Political leaders that took an oath to support, care, and lead our country?
Finally what part of our Constitution are we honoring?

"We the people of The United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquillity, provide the common defense, promote the general welfare, and to ensure the blessings of liberty to ourselves, and our prosperity, do ordain and establish the Constitution of the United States Of America."

In order to claim to be American, one must feel compassion for humanity it is the one thing that binds us and the one thing that makes us great. To reclaim our Red White and Blue starts with you. Each of us has an obligation, and a responsibility, to first ourselves as Americans, and then to our country and humanity...
It is time we stop!!! and begin to rebuild our great country. Its time we stop!! blaming, others. Its time we stop!! discriminating because of a mans color, his religious belief and it time to stop the violence!!!
Leaders open your doors for solutions. Humanity wake up and stand tall. We the people need to be "UNITED" or we most definitely will continue to
